Refund policy

Due to the delicate nature of these products, we cannot accept returns. Exceptions will not be made for sealed or unused product as we cannot ensure proper storage protocols were followed. 

Capsules and lyophilized vials are relatively stable until reconstituted. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all vials are reconstituted and stored correctly. Nectar Labs Canada and affiliates will not be held liable for damages to product or persons due to user error, improper storage or misuse

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
